    Abstract: Some embodiments of the disclosure provide a decellularized heart valve (DHV) composite, a preparation method of the DHV composite, and a use of the DHV composite. In some examples, the preparation method of the DHV composite includes the following steps: S1, conducting a reaction I on a DHV with a copper chloride-dopamine hydrochloride mixed solution to obtain a copper ion-modified DHV; and S2, conducting a reaction II on the copper ion-modified DHV with a GDF11 solution to obtain the DHV composite. In other examples, the present disclosure provides a use of the DHV composite in preparation of a tissue-engineered heart valve (TEHV). In further examples, the TEHV is a heart valve (HV) with remodeling and regeneration capabilities.

Based on the transformer architecture, the deep learning network is combined with a fast Fourier transform algorithm and inverse transform on a sequence, and an FFT-Attention mechanism is proposed. Compared with a conventional transformer architecture, frequency domain information of a sequence is given more emphasis.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an agarase mutant with improved thermal stability and application thereof, belonging to the fields of genetic engineering technology and enzyme engineering. The present disclosure provides an agarase mutant, which is obtained by mutating the amino acid at the 86th site, the 373rd site, the 374th site, the 496th site, the 507th site, or the 747th site of agarase with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The agarase mutant provided by the present disclosure improves the thermal stability and the hydrolytic activity of the agarase. Compared with the wild type enzyme, the mutant enzyme shows excellent heat resistance and can be industrially used at a relatively high temperature, so that the utilization rate of agar raw materials and the yield of oligosaccharides from agar are improved, and the mutant enzyme has a good industrial application prospect.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1: extracting exogenous cell membranes from cells; S2: separating and extracting exogenous mitochondria from cells or tissue; and S3: mixing the separated and extracted exogenous mitochondria with the exogenous cell membranes in a specific ratio, thereby attaching the exogenous cell membranes to the outer membranes of the exogenous mitochondria to obtain the engineered mitochondria. The invention enables the production of engineered mitochondria with enhanced biological activity, exhibiting improved therapeutic effects on mitochondrial dysfunction-related disorders.

Because the control switch adopts the worm gear-worm structure, by rotating the worm, the worm gear can be driven, so that the pull line fixing device connected to the worm gear rotates, thereby tensioning or loosening the pull line to adjust the retraction force of the pull line fixing device. The retractor has advantages of a compact structure, a small size and convenient adjustment.

An inverter controller may supply control signals to an inverter based on a clock signal. To mitigate bit errors in ASK decoding caused by the dithering of the clock signal in the wireless power transmitting device, ASK communication receiving circuitry in the wireless power transmitting device may receive information regarding the modulating signal used to dither the clock signal. The ASK communication receiving circuitry may receive a clock signal that has been dithered using the modulating signal, dither an analog-to-digital converter sampling rate using the modulating signal, or include notch filtering circuitry with parameters determined based on the modulating signal.
