General animal experiments show that such a compound has significant and long-lasting analgesic and calming effects and can be used to treat pain and other mental illnesses.

Then the thiol click reaction with zwitterionic compound containing thiol group is performed to obtain the zwitterionic hydrophilic interaction chromatographic stationary phase. The present stationary phase possesses both zwitterionic characteristics and excellent hydrophilicity. It can be widely applied in the separation of variety of samples.
