    Abstract: A micro-thrust and micro-impulse application device and method generates micro-thrust to a target by light pressure action from laser reflection. The device comprises a laser, a laser adjustment device, a beam splitter, a shutter, a reflector, and a laser power meter. Laser beam is generated by laser, adjusted by laser adjustment device, and divided into two paths by beam splitter. Laser in one path is measured at laser power meter; power measured determines magnitude for micro-thrust. In another path, it irradiates on the reflector on the target via shutter for generating micro-thrust. Light reflected by the reflector arrives at another laser power meter. Power of two laser paths are measured in real time by two laser power meters, acting micro-thrust is calculated by combining parameters including reflectivity and incident angle of laser irradiating the reflector, and light output power of the laser is adjusted in real time.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a cable planning method based a fast marching method applied with simulated annealing (FMM/SA) algorithm. In the FMM/SA algorithm-based cable planning method, the FMM used to obtain the optimal submarine cable path with the lowest life-cycle cost, and the SA algorithm is used to continuously adjust the weight of each design consideration with the aim to achieve an optimal cable path that is as close as possible to a real-life cable path which has a history of cost-effectiveness and resilience. The set of weights contributed to the optimal cable path is then used as an optimal set of weights of design considerations for cable path planning. The FMM/SA algorithm-based cable planning method can provide a computationally effective approach which has lower computation costs and better performance in generating cable paths with optimal life-cycle cost and reliability.

A longitudinal speed planner inherits all or some of the N road points output by the lateral displacement planner and determines speed information of n road points based on traffic road condition information and the perception data to obtain a target traveling trajectory. The speed information is a drivable speed of the autonomous driving vehicle at each of the n road points. The target traveling trajectory includes the n road points, each of the n road points including the drivable speed of the autonomous driving vehicle at the road point.

The method comprises: extracting multi-frame sampled images from live stream; screening out forward similar images from all sampled images, wherein the forward similar images are sampled images similar to a sampled image of a previous adjacent frame; and taking the rest of the sampled images, except from the forward similar images, in all sampled images as sampled images of the live stream. According to the solution of the disclosure, a solution of effectively eliminating the forward similar images in sampling operation based on a FPS is realized, thereby avoiding the leakage conditions, reducing total workload of sampling and checking, and improving efficiency of live stream sampling.
