Data of actual effect and estimated effect of allocating the information is calculated according to the information allocation data. An allocation instruction is generated according to a comparison between the actual effect data and the corresponding estimated effect data. The allocation instruction is provided to the allocator terminal.

The plurality of user accounts is added to a set of targeted user accounts. The targeted label for the recommendation information is determined according to the user labels of the plurality of user accounts. Subsequently a set of target user accounts in the social network platform is determined according to the determined targeted label, and the recommendation information is sent to user clients of the user account included in the set of target user accounts.

The method and system utilizes content ratings from a querying initiator's friends and their friends depending on the time to live (TTL) and other factors. Receiving users send to the querying initiator recommendation ratings from their friends and a conditional probability of distribution of the recommendation ratings given by the recommender's rooted at the friend. Once this information has been obtained from the friend/hopped friend network, the querying initiator's recommendation query engine constructs the QI's own rating response using the Bayesian Inference Network.
