The cobalt-free system can reduce the rebound degree of the viscosity of a slurry after leaving to stand to the same degree as that of a ternary 811 single crystal, and can also improve the stability of the coating surface density of the cobalt-free material to the same level as that of a ternary material.

In this method, an in-situ reaction generation technique is used, and with a powder containing formation elements for producing reinforcing particles as a reactant, in conjunction with a low-frequency rotating magnetic field/ultrasonic field regulation technique, an aluminum-based composite material is prepared using nanoparticle intermediate alloy re-melting. An AA6016-based composite material reinforced by ternary nanoparticles has an average particle size of 65 nm, and has an obvious refinement phenomenon compared with unitary and dual-phase nanoparticles.

    Abstract: Disclosed a method for preparing a matrix protective coating, including a preprocessing step and a like transfer membrane coating preparation step. The like transfer membrane coating preparation step includes the following steps: mixing, drying and cooling YSZ powder and polytetrafluoroethylene powder to obtain a mixture, and then spraying the mixture onto the surface of a preprocessed matrix by an atmospheric plasma spraying method, wherein spraying parameters are set as follows: a moving speed of a spray gun is 440-460 mm/s; the current is 550-600 A, the voltage is 40-50 V, and the power is 24.8-30 kW; the compressed air is 0.6-0.7 MPa; the powder feeding carrier gas Ar is 3-6 L/min; a powder feeding rate is 25-28 g/min; and a spraying distance is 108-112 mm. The wear resistance of the coating of the present invention is significantly improved; the corrosion resistance is excellent; and the superhydrophobic property is excellent.

The antennas may include antenna structures at opposing first and second ends of the electronic device. The electronic device may include a first antenna with an inverted-F antenna resonating element formed from portions of a peripheral conductive housing structure and may have an antenna ground that is separated from the antenna resonating element by a gap. A return path may bridge the gap. The electronic device may also include a second antenna that includes the antenna ground and an additional antenna resonating element. The antenna resonating element of the second antenna may be parasitically coupled to the return path of the inverted-F antenna at given frequencies.
