Specifically, the present invention provides a compound represented by formula (A) or an isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, crystal or prodrug thereof, a preparation method therefor, a pharmaceutical composition containing the compounds, and the use of the compounds or the composition for treating a disease mediated by PRMT5. The compounds of the present invention show significant inhibitory activity on PRMT5.

The compound has a good inhibitory activity against ACC and shows good promise to be a therapeutic drug for fibrotic diseases, metabolic diseases, cancers or tissue hyperplasia diseases.
