The silicon liquid transferring device transfers smelted silicon liquid to a position above the cooling system, uniformly pours the silicon liquid into the cooling system according a set flow to enable the silicon liquid to be solidified into silicon pellets, and then the molded silicon pellets are extracted by the lifting system, solving the problem in the prior art of irregular molding and inconsistent size of silicon blocks caused by pouring. A container bottom and a diversion pipe are set to be of detachable structures, and can be quickly disassembled and assembled as vulnerable parts without affecting the production.

According to the application, the target transmit channel and the another channel are set to channels that overlap each other, thereby reducing bandwidths occupied by the channels.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a nano spherical oxide dispersion strengthening phase using a micron oxide is proposed for the first time. First, a micron oxide is used as a raw material to prepare a nano oxide with a completely amorphous structure/matrix alloy composite powder by mechanical ball milling in stages. In the first stage, ball milling is performed, causing the oxide to break and transform in structure, and achieving nano-sizing and completely amorphization, to prepare a composite powder with a completely amorphous structure nano oxide uniformly distributed in the matrix alloy powder; and in the second stage, the composite powder obtained in the first stage and the remaining matrix alloy powder are uniformly mixed by ball milling. Then, the uniformly mixed powder is sequentially subjected to hot forming, hot rolling, and heat treatment, to obtain a nano spherical oxide dispersion strengthened alloy.

    Abstract: A manufacturing system and method for recycling and smelting crushed silica from silicon plants, including a crushed silica storage device, granulator, submerged arc furnace, transfer device, forming device and cooling system. Firstly silicon waste is collected, then crushed silica is output to a granulator. The granulator mixes the waste irregular crushed silica with water, and granulates and produces small particles having an uniform grain size as the raw material for smelting. The raw material is smelted in the submerged arc furnace. The forming device evenly pours the silicon liquid into the cooling system according to a set flow rate. The silicon liquid is solidified to form silicon pellets, and then a lift system is used to lift the formed silicon pellets, wherein the silicon liquid poured into the cooling system has a uniform diameter. The system can rapidly and efficiently smelt the silicon waste from the silicon plants.

According to one embodiment, a network device receives a packet, extracts n-tuple values from the header of the packet that are indicative of a particular transport protocol connection with which the packet is associated, determines whether the particular transport protocol connection represents an active transport protocol connection represented within the CBF by searching the CBF based on the n-tuple values. When the packet is a first packet of a new connection, counters maintained by the CBF corresponding to the n-tuple values are incremented. When a decrement event is detected for one or more of the counters, they are decremented. Finally, the packet is processed in accordance with its classification as a first packet of a new connection or a subsequent packet of an existing connection.
