    Abstract: A piezoelectric artificial artery can be 3D printed to provide the real-time precise sensing of blood pressure and vessel motion patterns enabling early detection of partial occlusions. An electric-field assisted 3D printing method allows for rapid printing and simultaneously poled complex ferroelectric structures with high fidelity and good piezoelectric performance. The print material consists of ferroelectric potassium sodium niobite (KNN) particles embedded within a ferroelectric polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer matrix.

    Abstract: A power combiner/divider circuit can be structured having a base structure with the addition of an odd-mode capacitor and a low pass network at an end of the base structure or structured having a base structure with the addition of an inductor and a high pass network at an end of the base structure. The power combiner/divider circuit can be implemented as a port coupled to multiple ports with low pass networks or high pass networks arranged at the ends of paths to the multiple ports. In embodiments using low pass base structures or low pass networks coupled to the base structures, inductors in such low pass sections can be positively coupled on a pair-wise basis.

    Abstract: A ferroelectric domain regulated optical readout mode memory and a preparing method thereof. The memory has such a structure that a two-dimensional semiconductor and a ferroelectric film layer are sequentially arranged on a conductive substrate. The method for preparing the memory includes the steps of preparing the two-dimensional semiconductor on the conductive substrate, preparing a ferroelectric film, then writing a periodic positive-reverse domain structure into the ferroelectric film on the two-dimensional semiconductor by using a piezoresponse force microscopy technology, and regulating a photoluminescent intensity of the two-dimensional semiconductor WS2 by using a ferroelectric domain. A fluorescent picture taken by a fluorescent camera shows light and dark areas corresponding to polarization directions, the light and dark areas represent an on state (‘1’) and an off state (‘0’) of the memory respectively, and accordingly the purpose of storage is achieved.
