    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing hydrogen-rich fuel gas, including adding aluminum smelting waste residues into medium strong acid and soaking for 2-4 h, filtering and baking an obtained precipitate at 300-400° C. for 3-6 h to obtain pre-treated aluminum smelting waste residues; adding the waste residues into weak acid and performing ultrasonic treatment, performing centrifugal separation on an aluminum ash solution, baking for 3-6 h at a constant temperature of 400-500° C. in an air atmosphere, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain a cracking catalyst; uniformly mixing the cracking catalyst and biomass with a mass ratio of 1:1 and adding into a first-stage pyrolyzing furnace under N2 atmosphere, and heating from room temperature to 500-900° C. to obtain first-stage pyrolysis gas; and entering the first-stage pyrolysis gas into a second-stage pyrolyzing furnace for secondary catalytic cracking, so as to obtain hydrogen-rich fuel gas.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a bacterial continuous evolution system, an orthogonal error-prone DNA polymerase, and a continuous evolution method. In the present invention, by combining an orthogonal DNA replication system and an orthogonal error-prone DNA polymerase, a continuous evolution method that includes all mutant types, enables long-DNA-fragment mutation, and is good in continuity and simple and convenient to operate is obtained. By inducing the opening and closing of DNA polymerase expression, switching between a linear plasmid error-prone mutation process and a high-fidelity replication process is realized, so as to achieve the efficient and continuous evolution of a target DNA sequence.

    Abstract: The invention provides a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain for producing a human milk lipid substitute. By integrating a heterologous lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase into Saccharomyces cerevisiae and knocking out its own natural lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase, the content of palmitic acid (C16:0) at Sn-2 position of triacylglycerol produced by Saccharomyces cerevisiae is increased, to synthesize a human milk lipid substitute. On this basis, a metabolic pathway related gene is knocked out, to further increase the content of human milk lipid substitute in the product. In the present invention, a human milk lipid substitute is de novo synthesized by Saccharomyces cerevisiae for the first time, in which the total fatty acid is 15% or more, and the relative content of C16:0 at Sn-2 position reaches about 60%.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-arm spacecraft model predictive control method based on the mixture of Gaussian processes, equipment, and a medium. Model predictive control has excellent performance in dealing with complex nonlinear systems such as multi-arm spacecrafts with various constraints, and is widely applied to ground robots, unmanned aerial vehicles, autonomous driving and other practical scenarios. Therefore, a task space controller is designed based on the model predictive control in the present disclosure. Besides, in order to enhance the anti-interference capability of the present disclosure, an interference model is established and compensation is carried out in the model predictive control by utilizing the characteristics of small training data volume and high training speed in the mixture of Gaussian processes. Finally, a thrust distribution method is designed to complete platform control.
