A method of wireless communication is provided to include performing, by a first node of an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network, a data transmission with a second node in the IAB. In addition, apparatus for implementing the method is also described.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and methods of wireless communication are described, and more specifically, to techniques related to traffic transmission schemes for inter-donor redundancy and radio link failure (RLF) scenarios. One example method includes transmitting, from a first network node configured to communicate with a first integrated access and backhaul (IAB) node, to a second network node, a first message including information relating to dual connectivity (DC). The first and second network nodes can each be IAB-donors comprising an IAB-donor central unit (CU) and one or more IAB-donor distributed units (DU).

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, systems, and devices for releasing resources for a recovery integrated access backhaul-node (IAB-node) and/or avoiding, from performing radio resource control (RRC) reestablishment procedure, at least one descendant device of a recovery integrated access backhaul-node (IAB-node) from an initial IAB-donor-central unit (CU) to a new IAB-donor-CU. One method includes sending, by the new IAB-donor-CU to the initial IAB-donor-CU, a user equipment (UE) context release information to indicate the resources to be released; and upon receiving the UE context release information, releasing, by the initial IAB-donor-CU, the resources indicated by the UE context release information. The method comprises: obtaining, from an operations administration and maintenance (OAM) or a second network node, a first address information related to at least one Internet Protocol security (IPsec) address; generating, based on the first address information, a second address information; and transmitting, to the second network node, the second address information based on a radio resource control (RRC) message, wherein the first network node and the second network node are connected via a backhaul link in an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, systems, and devices for recovering a recovery integrated access backhaul-node (IAB-node) for new radio (NR) from an initial IAB-donor-central unit (CU) to a new IAB-donor-CU and/or configuring a F1 connection between an IAB-node and an IAB-donor-CU. One method includes retrieving, by the new IAB-donor-CU from the initial IAB-donor-CU, context information; and configuring a connection with the recovery IAB-node. Another method includes sending, by the new IAB-donor-CU to the initial IAB-donor-CU, a request for retrieving user equipment (UE) context; and receiving, by the new IAB-donor-CU from the initial IAB-donor-CU, a response for retrieving UE context. One method includes receiving, by a second packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity at a second end, the MBS data from a first PDCP entity at the first end. Another method includes receiving, by a second acknowledge mode (AM) point-to-multipoint (PTM) radio link control (RLC) entity at a second end, the MBS data from a first AM PTM RLC entity at the first end. Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for implementing multicast broadcast services in a wireless network are described. One example method includes communicating a message on an interface between a control plane (CP) function of a network node and a user plane (UP) function of the network node that provides data connectivity to one or more wireless devices in a wireless network, and configuring, based on the message, the network node to provide a service carrying a multicast or broadcast data for a session for the one or more wireless devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing signaling transmission or exchange for wireless sidelink relay communications are described. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first network node is disclosed. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for inter-donor topology adaptation in integrated access and backhaul (IAB) networks are described. An example method for wireless communication includes transmitting, by a source donor, a first message comprising an indication that a migrating IAB node is configured to perform an inter-donor switching operation, and receiving a second message comprising feedback information, wherein the source donor is communicatively coupled to the migrating IAB node and a plurality of nodes that are downstream from the migrating IAB node.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods and devices for routing and bearer mapping configuration in an integrated access and backhaul (IAB) network. In one implementation, the method may include detecting, by an IAB entity, a failure in transmitting a packet via an egress link of an original routing path. The method may further include selecting, by the IAB entity, a backhaul adaption protocol routing identifier of a backup routing path for the packet. The method may further include selecting, by the IAB entity, an egress backhaul radio link control channel on an egress link of the backup routing path for transmitting the packet.
