    Abstract: Described herein are method of generating and uses of polypeptides with dual binding specificity, wherein the polypeptides contain a first binding-site for a first antigen and a second binding-site for a second antigen. The second binding-site comprises amino acid variants of native amino acid sequences of polypeptides that bind to the first antigen, wherein the variants do not abrogate binding to said first antigen. In one embodiment, polypeptides with dual binding specificity to PD1 and OX40 are disclosed herein. In another embodiment, polypeptides with dual binding specificity to PD1 and GITR are disclosed herein.

    Abstract: A computing system is configured to perform zero-trust domain name resolution. The computing system includes applications coupled to a zero-trust client. The zero-trust client is configured to receive requests for IP addresses corresponding to endpoint identifiers for internet connected endpoints. The zero-trust client includes a synthetic DNS service configured to identify synthetic IP addresses for the endpoint identifiers. The zero-trust client provides the synthetic IP addresses for the endpoint identifiers to the applications. The zero-trust client sends data traffic from the applications to a zero-trust service with the synthetic IP addresses and sends corresponding endpoint identifiers to the zero-trust service in a fashion that allows the synthetic IP addresses to be correlated to the endpoint identifiers at the zero-trust service.

    Abstract: A method may track a motion of a body part in a series of images captured by an imager that is associated with an electronic device, and detect in such motion a gesture of the body part that matches a pre-defined gesture. Upon such detection of the gesture, a function that is associated with the gesture is activated but only upon a contact or other input, such as a push of a button by a user. The combination of the ‘push to enable’ and the ‘gesture to activate the function’ may provide comfortable operation of the gesture activation of a function. A system and method of altering a zoom of an image displayed on an electronic device by detecting in a series of images a change in distance between the device and a viewer of the image, and zooming the image to correspond to such change in position. The captured images and detected change in distance may be interpreted by a processor as a zoom gesture that may trigger a zoom of the displayed image.
