According to the embodiments of the present invention, a cell satisfying a determining rule for promoting a cell to a high-quality cell is managed as a high-quality cell, and in a process of cell reselection, if a current serving cell is a high-quality cell occurs, a processing manner of continuing to camp on the current serving cell is selected, reducing frequent handovers between cells, improving service quality of a service, and reducing power consumption of a mobile terminal.

It further includes a temperature sensor set on the backplane and a temperature controller electrically coupled to the backplane to adjust the backplane temperature. In the invention, because the lightbar is arranged on the outer frame of the backlight module, the lightbar can directly exchange heat with the outside air via the outer frame to dissipate heat; because the lightbar is directly arranged on the outer frame, the heat conduction path is shortened to a great extent. Thus, the heat emitted by the lightbar can be dissipated via the outer frame in time; the inside temperature of the backlight module is reduced, the stability and the service life of the components in the backlight module are increased, and the phenomenon that the stability of the LCD panel is affected by overhigh temperature is avoided.
