  • Publication number: 20130111757
Abstract: A method of fabricating a bow stick includes winding a prepreg, in which a fiber is impregnated with a resin, on a mandrel with a diameter gradually decreasing toward a distal end, setting a semi-fabricated product, in which the prepreg is wound on the mandrel, into a mold and molding the semi-fabricated product in a shape corresponding to a cavity formed between the mold and the mandrel by heating and pressurizing the semi-fabricated product in the mold, and taking out the mandrel from a molded product molded in the shape corresponding to the cavity to acquire a long and hollow stick body. When adjusting at least one of a weight distribution, a center of gravity, and a weight of the stick body, the volume of the cavity is changed using the mandrel of which the diameter or the diameter variation is gradually changed in an axis direction.

  • Publication number: 20130112062
Abstract: A display area, in which a note is displayed on two-axis coordinates configured by a tone pitch axis and a time axis, is displayed on a display device. A display magnification ratio used in the display area is variable. A note image of a given note is displayed in the display area to be arranged in correspondence with a tone pitch and a tone generation time of the note. The size of the note image is varied with the display magnification ratio. Relevant information is displayed in association with the note image displayed in the display area in such a manner that the relevant information is arranged inside the note image of the note in a first display state and the relevant information is arranged outside the note image of the note in a second display state with a display magnification ratio lower than that of the first display state.

  • Publication number: 20130108057
Abstract: A sound processing apparatus includes a sound processing section configured to produce left and right channel effect signals by conducting a sound process on left and right channel sound signals, a sound image area expanding section configured to produce left and right channel sound image signals by which sound images are localized outside left and right 2-channel speakers, and a signal combining section configured to add the left channel sound signal and the left channel sound image signal, and add the right channel sound signal and the right channel sound image signal.

  • Publication number: 20130108056
Abstract: An audio signal processing device receives a plurality of audio signals via a left channel (L) and a right channel (R) so as to produce a composite signal L+R and a difference signal L?R. The composite signal L+R is changed in phase with an all-pass filter, while the difference signal L?R is changed in phase and frequency characteristic with a band-pass filter (e.g. a center frequency of 1 kHz). The band-pass filter has a gently curved frequency characteristic achieving a broad passing band. Additionally, a phase difference of 90 degrees is maintained between the all-pass filter and the band-pass filter over the entire audio frequency range. The composite signal and the difference signal are adjusted in their levels and then mixed together to produce a monaural signal achieving an audio surround effect for widely propagating sound into the surrounding space without degrading sound quality.

  • Publication number: 20130108080
Abstract: An audio output amplifier includes a plurality of amplification circuits that drive a plurality of electroacoustic conversion devices, respectively. Each of the plurality of amplification circuits includes a current detection resistance that is provided between a path of a current which is supplied to the corresponding electroacoustic conversion device; and a current controller that generates a voltage between both ends of the current detection resistance, the voltage being proportional to a voltage value of an audio input signal supplied to the corresponding amplification circuit.

  • Publication number: 20130110451
Abstract: A state estimation apparatus is mounted in a portable instrument having a part generating a magnetic field. The state estimation apparatus is provided with a magnetic sensor and an acceleration sensor. A stability decision module decides whether motion of the portable instrument is stable or not. A Kalman filter operation module sets an initial vector to a state vector of Kalman filter as an initial value thereof in case that the stability decision module decides that the motion of the portable instrument is stable, and then updates the state vector using an observed value vector having outputs the magnetic sensor and the acceleration sensor, the initial vector having as components thereof an estimated value of an offset representing the magnetic field generated by the part of the instrument and a vector estimating a posture of the portable instrument.

  • Publication number: 20130079910
Abstract: A storage section stores therein one or more sets of music content and/or function executing programs, at least a part of the sets of music content and/or function executing programs being set in a non-usable state at least in an initial state. An audio signal containing additional information is received from an external electronic audio apparatus, and a determination is made as to whether the additional information satisfies a predetermined condition. If the additional information satisfies the predetermined condition, any of the sets of music content and/or function executing programs, stored in the storage section, that is currently set in the non-usable state is updated to a usable state. A model of the external electronic audio apparatus is identified, and any of the sets of music content and/or function executing programs that corresponds to the identified model is updated to the usable state.

  • Publication number: 20130068084
Abstract: An electronic keyboard musical instrument, including: a key; a mass body driven by a depressed key for pivotally moving in a movement region between a rest position and an end position; a back check portion to back check the mass body; a position detecting portion to detect a position of the mass body; and a controller for controlling silencing of a tone, such that the currently generated tone is silenced when the mass body reaches a preset tone silencing position in its movement from the end position to the rest position, wherein the controller is configured to change the tone silencing position on the basis of respective times required for the mass body to pass through first and second sub regions of the movement region in the movement of the mass body, the second sub region being located nearer to the rest position than the first sub region.
