    Abstract: The present disclosure is generally related to 3D imaging capable OLED displays. A light field display comprises an array of 3D light field pixels, each of which comprises an array of corrugated OLED pixels, a metasurface layer disposed adjacent to the array of 3D light field pixels, and a plurality of median layers disposed between the metasurface layer and the corrugated OLED pixels. Each of the corrugated OLED pixels comprises primary or non-primary color subpixels, and produces a different view of an image through the median layers to the metasurface to form a 3D image. The corrugated OLED pixels combined with a cavity effect reduce a divergence of emitted light to enable effective beam direction manipulation by the metasurface. The metasurface having a higher refractive index and a smaller filling factor enables the deflection and direction of the emitted light from the corrugated OLED pixels to be well controlled.

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to graded slope bottom reflective electrode layer structures for top-emitting organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display pixels. An EL device includes a pixel definition layer having a top surface, a bottom surface, and graded sidewalls interconnecting the top and bottom surfaces and a bottom reflective electrode layer disposed over the pixel definition layer. The bottom reflective electrode layer includes a planar electrode portion disposed over the bottom surface and a graded reflective portion disposed over the graded sidewalls, where the graded reflective portion has a concave profile. The EL device includes an organic layer disposed over the bottom reflective electrode layer and a top electrode disposed over the organic layer. Also described herein are methods for fabricating the EL device.

    Abstract: A microwave-based thermal coupling chemical looping gasification method and device. The device includes: a microwave radiation cavity; a loading recess of a microwave absorbing material; and a quartz pipe reaction cavity between the microwave radiation cavity and the loading recess of a microwave absorbing material. A microwave generator consisting of magnetrons is provided at a central portion of the microwave radiation cavity and below the loading recess. An infrared temperature-measuring probe group is arranged at two ends of the magnetrons. Two ends of the microwave radiation cavity are connected to a first and second three-way valves, in communication with the ambient atmosphere and a protection gas charging device. A protection gas cooling device and a protection gas circulating fan are sequentially connected in series on a pipeline between the valves.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for the preparation of an insensitive high enthalpy explosive Dihydroxylammonium 5,5?-bistetrazole-1,1?-diolate (TKX-50) in the presence of N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide, or N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone as a solvent via a four-step, one-pot reaction route to obtain a final product after four reaction steps. The more dangerous intermediate diazidoglyoxime may be solved by the one-pot method without the need of isolation. Further, the cyclization reaction is carried out in the presence of dropwisely added concentrated sulfuric acid to replace hydrochloric gas so no hydrochloric gas generator is needed to greatly reduce the amount of waste acid so as to effectively reduce the cost by avoiding using hydrochloric gas steel cylinders which require much safety equipment.

In the absence of G418 screening pressure, the expression level of the recombinant vitronectin in the recombinant protein expression system constructed by the 30th passage of the recombinant APRT gene-deficient CHO cell is significantly higher than the expression level of the corresponding target protein in the normal recombinant CHO cells.
