    Abstract: Partial bandwidth radio transmission method and device, base station and user equipment are provided. The method includes: configuring a first common control channel transmitted on an anchor sub-band; configuring at least one sub-band other than anchor sub-bands, and a second common control channel transmitted on the at least one sub-band; scheduling at least one partial bandwidth UE to the at least one sub-band, and transmitting configuration of the second common control channel and the at least one sub-band to the at least one partial bandwidth UE; and obtaining a transmission time of a synchronization signal block in the anchor sub-band, and transmitting the second common control channel to the at least one sub-band based on the transmission time, wherein the second common control channel includes a reference signal for demodulation. UE can receive and transmit data using partial bandwidth among a relatively large system bandwidth, which improves system efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a multi-element, regionally doped, cobalt-free positive electrode material, which has a molecular formula of LixNiaMnbAlcMgdWeO2, wherein 0.95?x?1.1, 0.5?a?0.9, 0.1?b?0.5, 0?c?0.01, 0?d?0.01, 0?e?0.01, and a+b=1. The positive electrode material comprises an Al-doped region, an Mg-doped region and a W-doped region in an order from the inside to the outside. Also provided is a method of preparing the positive electrode material. The cobalt-free positive electrode material of the present invention can better adapt to a stress release by the positive electrode material regionally doped with Al, Mg, and W elements, achieving a moderate adjustment and avoiding imbalance, so that the material has more stable structure, and better rate performance and cycle performance. The method of preparing the material has a simple process, is easy to implement, and can stably prepare a positive electrode material with excellent structure and performance.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a pregabalin sustained release composition, comprising: (a) an active ingredient; (b) a matrix-forming agent; (c) a swelling agent; (d) a gelling agent; and optionally a filler. The pregabalin sustained release composition provided in the present application can rapidly swell in volume when exposed to aqueous medium until exceeding the dimeter of human gastric pyloric (13 mm). It thereby prolongs the gastric emptying time to increase the retention time of pregabalin in the stomach and enhances absorption of pregabalin in the small intestine and ascending colon. Moreover, the pregabalin sustained release composition provided herein achieves a sustained release for 24 h, which allows QD (once a day) administration, reduces administration number, and improves patient compliance.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a UPS and a DC-DC converter. An input end of the DC-DC converter is connected to a BUS+, a BUS?, and an N wire. Therefore, an input voltage is relatively low, and devices with low voltage resistance may be selected as devices in the DC-DC converter. Moreover, a load in the DC-DC converter is connected to a switch tube through a inductor rather than be directly connected to the switch tube. Therefore, a high-frequency switch wave on the second switch tube may not affect the load. Accordingly, performance of the load and an anti-electromagnetic interference capability of a whole circuit may be improved. In addition, the DC-DC converter provided in present invention does not have a structure as complicated as that of a dual BUCK topology in the prior art. Therefore, the DC-DC converter, with respect to the dual BUCK topology, has less devices and lower costs.
