    Abstract: A close-end fuel cell and an anode bipolar plate thereof are provided. The anode bipolar plate includes an airtight conductive frame and a conductive porous substrate disposed within the airtight conductive frame. In the airtight conductive frame, an edge of a first side has a fuel inlet, and an edge of a second side has a fuel outlet. The conductive porous substrate has at least one flow channel, where a first end of the flow channel communicates with the fuel inlet, a second end of the flow channel communicates with the fuel outlet. The flow channel is provided with a blocking part near the fuel inlet to divide the flow channel into two areas.

The method includes forming warpage-reducing trenches in non-routing regions of the interposer, wherein the warpage-reducing trenches are sized and positioned based on a warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure. The method also includes depositing a warpage-relief material in the warpage-reducing trenches according to the warpage characteristic to reduce the warpage of the chip package structure, and bonding the group of selected IC dies to the interposer to form a chip package structure.

    Abstract: An electrochemical device includes a transition metal oxide cathode, such as LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2, and an electrolyte.     Abstract: Disclosed is a microwave chemical method for totally extracting fluorine and rare earth from bastnaesite concentrate, including: alkaline conversion defluorination of bastnaesite through microwave irradiation, microwave-assisted leaching of fluorine, solid-liquid separation of leaching solution and microwave-assisted leaching of rare earth. The rare earth hydrochloric acid solution for leaching contains no fluorine ion, so that the fluorine interference of subsequent processes such as impurity removal can be completely avoided; the fluorine and the rare earth are leached with microwaves, which does not need the stirring, so that the automatic control is easy to implement; the fluorine and rare earth leaching speed is high, the leaching time is short and the complete leaching of fluorine and little residual alkali in the slag can be realized by two-time leaching; and no fluorine-containing waste water is discharged, and the total extraction of the rare earth can be realized by one-time leaching.

In order to improve an expected long-term average energy efficiency and data processing capability, the present disclosure also provides average feedbacks for an energy consumption and unprocessed data.
