    Abstract: A semiconductor structure includes a first semiconductor structure and a second semiconductor structure. The method of bonding a semiconductor structure includes performing a surface treatment on a first surface of the first semiconductor structure and a second surface of the second semiconductor structure based on a first gas and a second gas. The first gas excites at least one of the first surface or the second surface to generate a free radical. The second gas is excited to generate a plasma gas. A free negative ion in the plasma gas is combined with the free radical. The method also includes performing a face-to-face bonding on the first surface and the second surface.

The scene reconstruction model computes a first reconstruction loss based on the first 3D representation and the set of RGBD images. The scene reconstruction model modifies at least one of the first 3D feature grid, a first pre-trained geometry decoder, or a first pre-trained texture decoder based on the first reconstruction loss to generate a second 3D representation of the first scene.

A secondary-side controller varies the switching frequency to control an output voltage of the multi-phase LLC power converter. A primary-side controller measures primary-side currents, calculates an initial switch-controlled capacitor (SCC) conduction phase angle for each of the LLC phases, and operates an SCC switch in accordance with an SCC conduction phase angle to adjust the capacitance of the resonant capacitor of an LLC phase to cause each of the LLC phases to have equal resonant frequencies.
