  • Publication number: 20230203490
Abstract: An RNAi molecule, the RNAi molecule, vector and composition including the RNAi molecule and method of using same, wherein the RNAi molecule includes a dsRNA sequence of from about 15 to about 60 base pairs, capable of decreasing expression of a SARS-CoV-2 gene.

  • Patent number: 11456759
Abstract: Methods for data storage on polymers are provided. In various embodiments, an erasure error correcting code is selected. Input data is read from an input file. The erasure error correcting code is applied to the input data to generate a code word. The code word is encoded according to a chemical alphabet. A number of cycles required for synthesis is determined for the code word. The encoded code word is screened according to the number of cycles. The code word is retained where passing the screening.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 24, 2019
Date of Patent: September 27, 2022
    Assignee: Erlich Lab LLC
    Inventor: Yaniv Erlich
  • Patent number: 10742233
Abstract: Efficient encoding and decoding of data for storage in polymers is provided. In various embodiments, an input file is read. The input file is segmented into a plurality of segments. A plurality of packets is generated from the plurality of segments by applying a fountain code. Each of the plurality of packets is encoded as a sequence of monomers. The sequences of monomers are screened against at least one constraint. An oligomer is outputted corresponding to each sequence that passes the screening.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 11, 2018
Date of Patent: August 11, 2020

  • Publication number: 20120185177
Abstract: A method of associating a DNA sequence with a specimen pooled among a plurality of specimens, where the specimens may be pooled according to any number of pooling schemes, including the Chinese Remainder Theorem, random pool selection, shifted transversal design, and Chinese Remainder Sieve. A unique identifier is associated with each specimen according to the pooling scheme such that a decoder may associate a DNA sequence with each specimen after next-generation sequencing according to the unique identifier and the chosen pooling scheme.
