The web site determines whether the electronic communication is an e-mail or search request and conducts a search in a searchable database if the electronic communication is a search request. Alternatively, a notification is sent to one or more authorized users of the web site if the electronic communication is an e-mail intended for the one or more authorized users or a notification is forwarded to one or more authorized business entities if the electronic communication is an e-mail inquiring about tennis goods and/or services.
