    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a portable terminal and a slot antenna thereof, and relate to the field of mobile communications technologies, which can effectively reduce a space occupied by the antenna and at the same time meet various bandwidth requirements. The slot antenna of the portable terminal includes: a large-area conductor plane laid on a printed circuit board, a battery with a bulk conductor, and a first feeding part, where a slot is formed between the conductor plane and the battery, the conductor plane is radio-frequency coupled to the bulk conductor in the battery through the slot, and the first feeding part is located in the slot. The present invention is applied in designing the antenna of the portable terminal.

The embodiments of the present invention also disclose a data card single board of the wireless terminal. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) value of the antenna is reduced, and meanwhile, a working bandwidth of a broadband is realized.

The PCB has a groove, which divides the PCB into a first part and a second part. The second part is connected to the antenna, the first part is connected to the data connector through a rotating shaft, and connecting wires of the data connector are connected to the second part. The first part and the second part each have a ground. The ground of the first part is connected to a metal casing of the data connector and a ground wire of the data connector is connected to the ground of the second part and the ground wire of the data connector is electrically connected to the metal casing of the data connector.

    Abstract: A wireless terminal antenna is disclosed. The antenna includes a pull rod, a pull rod pedestal located at the base of the pull rod, and a spiral coil. One end of the spiral coil is electrically connected with the pull rod pedestal. The pull rod is axially retractable along the pull rod pedestal until it is retracted into the space enclosed by the spiral coil. At idle time, the pull rod is nested inside the spiral coil so that it is short and portable. When receiving signals normally, the pull rod can be pulled out. The antenna is miniaturized, portable, and provides good performance.
