At least one of the high-k dielectric layer and the interfacial layer is doped with: a first dopant species, a second dopant species, and a third dopant species. The first dopant species and the second dopant species form a plurality of first dipole elements having a first polarity. The third dopant species forms a plurality of second dipole elements having a second polarity. A first concentration ratio of the first concentration of the first dopant species to the second concentration of the second dopant species of the p-type transistor is different from a second concentration ratio of the first concentration of the first dopant species to the second concentration of the second dopant species of the n-type transistor.

Abstract: A handheld split keyboard system includes first and second keyboard sections, each including a body and a plurality of front mounted keys; such that the keyboard sections are configured to be held in first and second hands of a user who types with first and second thumbs. Additionally, the keyboard sections can include rear mounted keys for typing with index and middle fingers. The keyboard sections can be removably attachable to a tablet or laptop computer, and they can be joinable to each other. Also disclosed is a method for using a handheld keyboard system, including holding first and second keyboard sections, and typing on the keyboard sections to transmit keystroke information to a computer device.

By employing the proposed method, the present invention is beneficial to reducing system complexity and raising data transmission efficiency.

Abstract: A dual keyboard system is presented for use with a tablet computer. Each keyboard is attached to a suction cup via a hinge. The suction cups attach to the display face of the tablet computer. The keyboards can be rotated about the hinge to allow viewing of the full display of the tablet computer without detaching the keyboards. In one embodiment, the hinge is separable, allowing removal of the keyboards completely while leaving the suction cups attached to the tablet computer. In another embodiment, a master keyboard receives keystrokes directly from a slave keyboard as well as from keys located on the master keyboard. The tablet computer communicates only with the master keyboard via a radio frequency link. The slave keyboard communicates with the master keyboard via a radio frequency or infrared link.
