    Abstract: A gate structure includes a substrate divided into an N-type transistor region and a P-type transistor region. An interlayer dielectric covers the substrate. A first trench is embedded in the interlayer dielectric within the N-type transistor region. A first gate electrode having a bullet-shaped profile is disposed in the first trench. A gate dielectric contacts the first trench. An N-type work function layer is disposed between the gate dielectric layer and the first gate electrode. A second trench is embedded in the interlayer dielectric within the P-type transistor region. A second gate electrode having a first mushroom-shaped profile is disposed in the second trench. The gate dielectric layer contacts the second trench. The N-type work function layer is disposed between the gate dielectric layer and the second gate electrode. A first P-type work function layer is disposed between the gate dielectric layer and the N-type work function layer.

    Abstract: A computer communication interface transmission control codes analyzing system and method for a computer platform to analyze machine codes received by the computer platform are disclosed. The system includes a header record area having a plurality of header units for storing address information, a code definition record area for storing codes generated when the electronic information device generates the transmission control codes and the transmission control codes are transmitted over the communication interface, and a descriptor analyzing unit for searching the machine codes for data stored in the address information of the header units of the header record area when receiving the machine codes, searching the code definition record area for codes corresponding to the searched data and operating description contents represented by the searched codes, and displaying the searched codes and operating description contents on a display unit electrically connected to the computer platform.

    Abstract: A mobile advertising device includes an e-paper, a display control unit, a wireless communication unit and a processing unit. The display control unit controls the e-paper. The positioning unit receives a positioning signal and calculates the present location of the mobile advertising device according to the positioning signal. The wireless communication unit builds a connection with a server through wireless communication and transmits the present location of the mobile advertising device to the server. The processing unit includes an advertising module to obtain at least one advertisement of at least one store corresponding to the present location of the mobile advertising device from the server through the wireless communication unit. Then, the advertising module displays the advertisement of the store on the e-paper through the display control unit.
