  • Publication number: 20140307319
Abstract: A lens holding unit is held so that it can relatively move with respect to a base part to a direction vertical to an optical axis direction. The lens holding unit has a lens holder, a magnet part, and a spring. The lens holder has a first coil. The magnet part has a first magnet part which includes a first face facing to the first coil and a second magnet part which includes a second face vertical to the first face and constitutes a magnetic domain different from that of the first magnet part. These first magnet part and second magnet part are integrated.

  • Patent number: 7573008
Abstract: A PTC element comprising a PTC element body containing a polymer matrix and conductive particles, a pair of electrodes in contact with the PTC element body, and a protective layer composed of a cured epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin and a thiol-based curing agent, and covering the PTC element body so as to seal the PTC element body.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 7417527
Abstract: A PTC element has an element body in which an electroconductive filler is dispersed in a crystalline polymer, a pair of lead terminals compressed with the element body in between, and a protecting film covering a portion of the element body not compressed against the pair of lead terminals. Each of the pair of lead terminals has an overlap region overlapping with the element body, and a nonoverlap region not overlapping with the element body. An anchor projection embedded in the element body is formed in the overlap region of each of the pair of lead terminals. A peel prevention region for preventing peeling of the protecting film is formed in a region adjoining the element body in the nonoverlap region. The anchor projection is formed as crushed in a region except for at least the peel prevention region in the nonoverlap region.

  • Publication number: 20060231807
Abstract: In a first aspect of the present invention, a PTC composition contains (a) a crosslinked polymer matrix having a gel fraction of at least 10%, and (b) an electrically conductive substance. An article shaped therefrom yields an electric resistance of at least 50 m? at 25° C. after being placed in an environment repeating 200 times of a temperature change between ?40° C. and +85° C., and exhibits no thermal deformation when placed on a hot plate at 200° C. for 5 minutes.
