  • Patent number: 9003913
Abstract: An operation input device includes: an operation body having a handle portion, the operation body tilting when the user tilts the operation axis line of the handle portion, and the operation body turning when the user turns the handle portion around the rotation axis line; a stopping portion that abuts on and stops the operation body so as to limit a tilting range of the operation body; a first concavo-convex portion disposed on the operation body; and a second concavo-convex portion. The second concavo-convex portion is disposed at a position corresponding to the first concavo-convex portion of the operation body when the stopping portion stops a tilting motion of the operation body. The first concavo-convex portion and the second concavo-convex portion are engaged with each other so as to restrict a turning motion of the operation body.

  • Patent number: 8812190
Abstract: A vehicular input manipulation apparatus has a target parameter switchover manipulating device and a setup changeover manipulating device in order to change setup contents of several control parameters for drive control of an in-vehicle apparatus. The target parameter switchover manipulating device executes switchover to designate one of the control parameters as a change target control parameter. The setup changeover manipulating device changes a setup content relative to the change target control parameter. When a control mode of the in-vehicle apparatus is changed into a predetermined control mode, a control circuit automatically enforces switchover relative to the change target control parameter by automatically replacing the control parameter, which has been designated as the change target control parameter, with an enforcement change target control parameter, which is a predetermined control parameter associated with the predetermined control mode.

  • Patent number: 6730182
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for vibrating, melting and creating well-bonded resin parts. Pressing the resin parts is started and then the pressing force is increased sharply to a predetermined value and the resin parts are vibrated to heat the resin part contact surfaces. After heat generation is started, the pressing force is increased gradually to a time, when the vibrating of the resin parts is finished, to push out the heated resin material from the contact surfaces. This exposes the new surface of the resin material which is heated at a low degree and thus can prevent the resin material at the contact surface from excessive heat and degradation. Thereafter, the vibration of the resin parts is stopped to solidify the resin material which is not degraded and is in a uniform, melted state throughout the contact surfaces.

  • Patent number: 6463646
Abstract: A cylindrical member is placed in a dead-end hole formed in a housing made of a material such as aluminum. A peripheral portion of the hole is pressed down to plastically deform the housing material and to supply the deformed material into a groove formed on an outer periphery of the cylindrical member. The cylindrical member is calked to the housing in this manner. To supply a proper amount of deformed material into the groove for obtaining a quality calking, an inflection point of a calking curve indicating a relation of a calking force and a calking stroke is detected during the calking process. After the inflection point is detected, the calking is performed by giving a predetermined calking stroke or by adding a predetermined calking force.

  • Publication number: 20020046918
Abstract: All equipments for successive various processes for works are divided into a plurality of blocks to form production lines in which equipments in each production line are coupled with conveyers. These production lines are coupled to an automatic depot with a carriage system. This keeps the rate of operation of production lines high, so that useless increase in cost for equipments can be prevented. Moreover, this production system allows a production line or an equipment to be easily added in accordance with variation in the production rate or the type of products.
