  • Patent number: 11946580
Abstract: A joined body includes a tubular first member, and a second member including a plate-shaped wall portion in which a through-hole is formed, the first member being inserted into the through-hole. The collar member is interposed between the first member and the second member in at least a part of the hole peripheral wall of the through-hole. The first member and the second member are joined by expanding the first member at a portion corresponding to the through-hole.

  • Patent number: 5481976
Abstract: A thin-film forming elastic plate of a printing roll includes a first elastic plate holder having a first printing roll-chucking hole formed therein, and a second elastic plate holder in which a second printing roll-chucking hole having a tapered portion is formed. A printing roll barrel includes a first chuck including a first chucking member having a claw and a first driving portion for moving the claw of the first chucking member into engagement with an edge of the first elastic plate holder defining the opening of the first printing roll-chucking hole; and second chuck including a tapered portion corresponding to the tapered portion of the second printing roll-chucking hole of the second elastic plate holder, and a second driving portion for moving the second chucking member.

  • Patent number: 5477783
Abstract: A thin film-forming apparatus includes: an anilox roll having a large number of ink cells, an ink supply device for charging ink into the ink cells of the anilox roll, a printing roll having a projection which contacts the anilox roll is transferred and transferring the ink in the ink cells of the anilox roll is transferred to the projection, and a printing table for holding a material to be printed and bringing the material into contact with the projection of the printing roll so as to transfer the ink on the projection of the printing roll to a surface of the material. A first driving device is provided for rotating the anilox roll, a second driving device is provided for rotating the printing roll independently of the anilox roll, and a control device is provided for controlling the first and second driving devices so that the difference in the rotational speeds between the anilox roll and the printing roll is within a predetermined range.

  • Patent number: 5158018
Abstract: In a thin film forming apparatus, ink is supplied to the recess of a roll-shaped or plate-shaped intaglio (3, 23), the intaglio contacts a projection (4a, 24a) of a printing roll (4, 24), the ink held in the recess of the intaglio is transferred to the projection, the projection of the printing roll contacts a material to be printed (10, 30), and the ink is transferred to the surface of the material. Thus, a thin film is formed. The apparatus has a moving device (16, 7, 65, 36, 39) for moving the roll-shaped or plate-shaped intaglio. After the thin film is formed on the material by the initial printing, the intaglio is moved by a predetermined distance in the direction of the rotary shaft thereof or the direction perpendicular to the direction of the rotary shaft. Then, a thin film smooth on the surface thereof and clear in a pattern edge is formed on the material by a second time printing.

  • Patent number: 4841857
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming a thin film on a material by printing. The apparatus is characterized in that it has a cylindrical intaglio roller. The ink deposited on the surface of the intaglio roller is first transferred onto the surface of a printing roller, and then is printed on the surface of the material to be printed which is disposed on a surface plate. Alternatively, the ink is directly printed on the surface of the material to be printed without employing the printing roller. Since the intaglio roller has a cylindrical body, the surface of the roller can be precisely and easily machined and finished.
