  • Publication number: 20120024857
Abstract: A roller shutter type storage container includes a container body, a roller shutter accommodating portion, a pair of guide grooves, and a roller shutter. Each of the guide grooves extends linearly in an opening formed in the container body and is curved in the roller shutter accommodating portion. The roller shutter is configured by connecting a plurality of slats each having shafts formed at two ends of the slat with respect to the widthwise direction in a bendable manner. As the two shafts of each of the slats slide in the corresponding guide grooves, the roller shutter slides between an open position for opening the opening and a close position for closing the opening. Each one of the shafts is spaced from a vertical wall surface of the corresponding one of the guide grooves. A projection formed of soft material projects outward from each shaft of each slat in the widthwise direction and contacts the corresponding vertical wall surface in an elastically deformed state.

  • Publication number: 20100213227
Abstract: A cup holder includes a holder body, a supporter, an urger, and an inhibitor. The holder body has an accommodation space into which a container is inserted. The supporter is disposed rotatably to the holder body. The urger urges the supporter to rotate upward. The inhibitor is made of an elastic body, and inhibits the supporter from rotating upward and then retains the supporter at a standard position. The inhibitor has a retaining portion. The retaining portion of the inhibitor not only retains the supporter at the standard position by inhibiting the supporter from rotating upward by means of coming into contact with the supporter, but also enables the supporter to rotate more upward beyond the standard position when the supporter exerts a pressing force to the inhibitor to make the inhibitor undergo elastic deformation.

  • Publication number: 20100183163
Abstract: An echo canceller formed of an adaptive filter is designed such that even under a condition where a system transmission delay is undefined, an appropriate delay time can be set in a delay circuit that absorbs a system delay, and that an effective echo cancellation effect can always be achieved. A time difference of a transmission path until a reproduction audio signal input to the delay circuit is input as a processing target signal of an adaptive filter system through a space between a speaker and a microphone is determined, and the delay time corresponding to this time difference is set in the delay circuit. At this time, the speaker and the microphone are placed so that the distance therebetween is small, and the delay time of the delay circuit is set to 0. Thus, the determined time difference indicates a system transmission delay in the above transmission path. That is, an accurate delay time corresponding to the system transmission delay can be set in the delay circuit.

  • Patent number: 7710962
Abstract: The present invention provides a technology for processing packets, such as VoIP packets, with priority. A priority-designating unit designates priority information based on header information. A pointer searching unit refers to a pointer table to obtain pointer information corresponding to a destination address. A sorting unit sorts the pointer information into a high-priority queue and a low-priority queue according to the priority information. A next queue holds pointer information obtained from a destination information table. A scheduler extracts and outputs the pointer information from each queue in the following order of priority: the next queue, a high-priority queue, and a low-priority queue.

  • Patent number: 5914926
Abstract: Two or three different signal recording regions are formed in one optical disk. One signal recording region is positioned at a depth of 0.6 mm from a disk surface and is formatted in accordance with a single layer or two layer DVD standard, for example. Remaining signal recording region is positioned at a depth of 1.2 mm from the disk surface and is formatted in accordance with the CD, CD-R or MO disk standard, for example. By using such an optical disk, whether a manufactured optical pickup device is capable of reproducing two or three different types of optical disks can be checked quickly.
