The infusion (A) does not contain sulfite, has titratable acidity of 1 or less, contains vitamin B1 and is adjusted to pH 3 to 5. The infusion (B) is adjusted to pH 6.5 to 8. After mixing the both infusions, the mixture has pH 6 to 7.5 and titratable acidity of 5 to 10.
