  • Publication number: 20240167104
Abstract: Novel means that enables detection of the monocytogenes bacterium alone distinctly from other bacteria belonging to the genus Listeria with sufficiently high accuracy is disclosed. The present inventors intensively analyzed the genome of the monocytogenes bacterium to identify two genes (the lmo0084 gene and the lmo2736 gene) as target regions with which the monocytogenes bacterium can be specifically detected distinctly from other bacteria belonging to the genus Listeria utilizing a nucleic acid amplification method. By a further intensive study of the base sequences of these two genes, primer setting regions for highly accurate, specific detection of the monocytogenes bacterium alone were identified, and preferred particular examples of PCR primer sets, LAMP primer sets, and real-time PCR primer-probe sets were established.

  • Patent number: 8043677
Abstract: A fluoropolymer resin coated member in which the fluoropolymer resin layer has been improved in wear resistance and peeling resistance. When the coated member is used to form a mold for polyester container molding, part of a polyester resin or an oligomer ingredient or additive contained in the polyester resin is prevented from depositing on the mold surface. And a polyester container with excellent luster and transparency can be manufactured. The fluoropolymer resin coated member (1) comprise a foundation (10) and a fluoropolymer resin layer (20) formed thereon, the foundation (10) having a surface roughness of 2 to 10 degree in Root-mean-square slope of profile, the amount of the fluoropolymer resin of the fluoropolymer resin layer (20) being 0.5-8.5 g/m2, and the surface roughness of the fluoropolymer resin layer being 5 degree or less in Root-mean-square slope of profile ?q2.

  • Patent number: 6550389
Abstract: A printing method for printing an ink layer on a can barrel. The method includes picking-up a bright ink containing at least one bright pigment having an average particle size of from 5 to 25 &mgr;m selected from the group consisting of aluminum flake and fine particulate coated pearl pigment from an engraving roller, feeding the picked-up ink to a printing plate directly or via a rubber roller, and applying the ink on the printing plate to a can barrel via a blanket wheel.
