Abstract: A conveyance device uses a simple structure to cause a travel body on which food and drink are placed to travel stably. The conveyance device (10) causes the travel body (11) to travel and convey the food and drink that can be placed on the travel body (11). The conveyance device (10) has a conveyance drive section (13) provided along a travel path (12) on which the travel body (11) travels and also has a travel body connection section (14) connected to the travel body (11) and moving in the direction of travel of the travel body (11) by being driven by the conveyance drive section (13). The conveyance drive section (13) is placed on a side of the travel path (12).

Abstract: To provide a conveying device that has a simple structure and can stably travel a traveling body on which food and drink articles are placed. The conveying device comprises a conveying drive part (13) extended on the side of and along a traveling path (12) for traveling the traveling body (11) on which food and drink articles are placed, a moving body (50) moved when the conveying drive part (13) is driven, and connection means (51, 52) for connecting the moving body (50) to the traveling body (11). The connection means (51, 52) are so constituted that the connected state between the mobile body (50) and the traveling body (11) can be released when the traveling of the traveling body (11) is obstructed.
