Patent number: 7691314Abstract: In an injection compression molding method, dies are clamped with low pressure and a melted thermoplastic resin composition is filled in a cavity space from a gate while moving the cavity space relative to the gate, and then the dies are clamped with a high pressure substantially simultaneously with completion of the filling to compress and form the thermoplastic resin composition filled in the cavity space. Since the thermoplastic resin composition containing a high content of thermally-conductive filler such as an electrically-conductive filler can be injected and compressed to be molded, the injection compression molding method can be applied in manufacturing molding such as a fuel cell separator and a flat antenna.Type: GrantFiled: November 1, 2005Date of Patent: April 6, 2010Assignee: Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.Inventors: Haruhiko Ae, Yasumasa Shibata, Takayoshi Tanaka

Publication number: 20080095982Abstract: In an injection compression molding method of the present invention, dies 11, 12 are clamped with low pressure and a melted thermoplastic resin composition 16 is filled in a cavity space 13 from a gate while moving the cavity space 13 relative to the gate 30, and then the dies 11, 12 are clamped with a high pressure substantially simultaneously with completion of the filling to compress and form the thermoplastic resin composition 16 filled in the cavity space 13. Since the thermoplastic resin composition containing a high content of thermally-conductive filler such as an electrically-conductive filler can be injected and compressed to be molded, the present invention can be applied in manufacturing molding such as a fuel cell separator and a flat antenna.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 1, 2005Publication date: April 24, 2008Applicant: Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd.Inventors: Haruhiko Ae, Yasumasa Shibata, Takayoshi Tanaka

Patent number: 5905255Abstract: In a objective lens driver, at least one permanent magnet is mounted on a movable member, and plural yokes, each being wound with a coil having its winding axis in the focusing direction, are disposed facing the permanent magnet. The yokes are arranged almost symmetrically about a plane including the center of gravity of the movable member and being perpendicular to the tracking direction. In this structure, even when the movable member moves in the tracking direction, since the permanent magnet (a magnetic field source) also moves with the movable member, the distribution of magnetic flux density that contributes to the drive also shifts according to the movement of the movable member, so that the distribution of magnetic flux density maintains being almost symmetrical about the center of gravity of the movable member. Accordingly, in tilt drive, a constant sensitivity to tilt drive is obtained regardless of the position of the movable member.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 1998Date of Patent: May 18, 1999Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kanji Wakabayashi, Hitoshi Fujii, Hiroshi Yamamoto, Jouji Anzai, Yasumasa Shibata
