The reflectors each include reflector electrode fingers. A relationship of about 0.60+n?G/(Pi+Pr)?0.93+n is satisfied, where n is an integer of 0 or more, Pi is an array pitch of the comb-shaped electrode fingers arranged along a second direction, Pr is an array pitch of the reflector electrode fingers arranged along the second direction, and G denotes, in boundary regions between the IDTs and the reflectors, an IDT-reflector gap, which is a center-to-center distance between a comb-shaped electrode finger closest to the reflectors and a reflector electrode finger closest to the IDTs.

The insulating members have an internal conductor connected to the conductive pattern and extending apart from the elemental substrate. The internal conductor has expanded portions expanding in a direction intersecting the wiring direction of the internal conductor or a detour portion deviating from the wiring direction. The expanded portions or the detour portion crosses the boundary of a sealed space formed around the piezoelectric element.
