  • Patent number: 10240281
Abstract: A clothes separating device and a clothes processing apparatus including the clothes separating device according to this disclosure are provided with a separator that operates to grip clothes in a washing tub and to separate, from the gripped clothes, another item of clothes entwined with the gripped clothes. In this manner, a user does not need to separate a plurality of individual items of clothes before folding the clothes. Hence, it is possible to provide the clothes separating device that contributes to reducing a burden of work related to laundry and a clothes processing apparatus including the clothes separating device.

  • Patent number: 5810705
Abstract: A developing apparatus of a toner delivery system by contacting a developer roller with an electrostatic latent image-carrying member eliminates a protective layer in the conventional concept from a surface of the developing roller, and provides a covering layer which is formed by adhering particles of toner or a material having electrical characteristics and mechanical characteristics equal to those of the toner on the surface of the developing roller. Those particles are adhered utilizing a surface tackiness of an elastomer layer itself which is a structural element of the developing roller.

  • Patent number: 5319337
Abstract: A machine part used as a magnet roll for developing and a process for producing the same. The machine part constitutes a member of a developing machine for an electrophotographic process such as a copier and facsimile, and a laser printer as well. The machine part comprises a shaft having a resin-bonded magnet layer provided on the outer periphery thereof. The composite molding of a resin-bonded magnet is produced by molding and establishing a composition for a thermoplastic resin-bonded magnet comprising from 35 to 60 % by volume of a thermoplastic resin and from 40 to 65 % by volume of a hard ferrite powder into a cylinder of uniform thickness on the outer periphery of a shaft, obtained is a thin resin-bonded magnet layer having a surface roughness of 5 .mu.m or less and free of seams which have generated during molding, the thin resin-bonded magnet layer further having provided on the surface a plurality of magnetic poles at a small spacing.
