The leak hole determiner determines, after a limit pressure timing subsequent to a depressurization operation for depressurizing an inside of the system, whether a leak hole is present by using a difference between a change speed of a first pressure detected by the first pressure detector and a change speed of a second pressure detected by the second pressure detector.

Each remaining inner wall surface of the housing recess except for an inner wall surface on the conduction terminal side is provided with an inclined surface and a vertical surface, in a cross section along an axial direction perpendicular to a pressure receiving surface of the sensor unit. The inclined surface is inclined inward as toward a pressure receiving side. The vertical surface extends from the end of the inclined surface on the pressure receiving side to define a filling gap in which the sealing resin is filled between the side surface of the mold resin portion and the vertical surface.

    Abstract: An evaporative fuel treatment device includes a canister configured to adsorb fuel vapor arising in a fuel tank of an internal combustion engine. A vent passage is connected to a system to be diagnosed, which includes the canister, and opens to atmosphere. A switching valve is provided to the vent passage and switches a communication state between the vent passage and the system. At least a part of a rotational portion of the pump, a contact portion of the pump, and the vent passage is formed of a carbon-containing material.
