  • Patent number: 6752203
Abstract: A thermal control system includes an air colliding chamber bounded by at least a conducting board and an insulating panel. An air jet pipe and an air jet suction pipe extend into the air colliding chamber. Thermally adjusted air is urged into each air jet pipe, and out at least one air jet hole, into the air colliding chamber. In the air colliding chamber, air vortices repeatedly contact the conducting board and thermal transfer occurs. Return air is urged into each air suction pipe through at least one jet suction hole for return and thermal adjustment.

  • Patent number: 6043455
Abstract: System and device for heating a floor includes an inner pipe disposed in an outer pipe, the space between the inner and outer pipes can be filled with water or a thermal medium fluid. A heated fluid or an electric heater inside the inner pipe transfers heat through the inner pipe to the water or thermal medium fluid. With the inner and outer pipes oriented in the vertical, the heat in the water or thermal medium fluid can by convection pass up to a top of these pipes which top being placed just below the floor passes heat to the floor.

  • Patent number: 6018138
Abstract: A radiating pipe disposed in a floor for heating the floor includes an outer pipe and an inner pipe, a heating cable passing through the inner pipe and the space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe being an empty air space. Optionally, materials such as sand, rock particles, a mixture or sand and rock particles, and concrete can be sealed in the empty air space. The inner pipe and the outer pipe can or at least one such pipe can be a copper pipe and the two pipes can be formed as an integral structure.

  • Patent number: 4809953
Abstract: A belt tightener includes, in addition to a clasping mechanism for a belt to hold motor vehicles and other heavy loads firmly in a given position of transportation device such as a carrier vessel, a specific device for preventing the belt from loosening during its actual use under shaking conditions. The belt tightener can thus, be used advantageously to firmly tie down motor vehicles, cargo containers, heavy objects, and the like with a belt to fixing structures on carrier vessels while preventing the belt from loosening by external forces exerted during rough seas when the vessels are rolling and pitching.
