  • Publication number: 20220304747
Abstract: Provided is a high-frequency treatment tool including: a sheath having an inner hole that passes therethrough in a longitudinal direction; a first electrode portion that is formed in a rod shape, that passes through the inner hole of the sheath to protrude from a distal end of the sheath, and that is configured to apply a high-frequency current; a second electrode portion that is disposed at a position at which the second electrode portion is electrically connected with the first electrode portion; and a power source that uses the first electrode portion as a negative electrode, that uses the second electrode portion as a positive electrode, and that supply a current between the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion so that a state in which attached matter attached to the first electrode portion is lifted from the first electrode portion due to osmosis is created.

  • Patent number: 6265324
Abstract: A mask 11 for vapor deposition is made of glass. Through-holes 15 are formed in the glass mask 11 so that they make a prescribed pattern on the surface of a semiconductor substrate 4. The peripheral wall of the through-hole is tapered so that the opening face 15b from which evaporated atoms are introduced is larger than the opening face 15a facing the deposition surface of the semiconductor substrate. The evaporated metal atoms having flied aslant toward the opening face 15b from which the evaporated atoms are introduced can pass through the through-hole 14 so that the evaporated metal atoms are deposited on the deposition surface of the semiconductor substrate. A desired thin film pattern inclusive of an electrode pattern can be easily formed on the surface of a semiconductor substrate, thereby improving the production yield of a semiconductor device.

  • Patent number: 6059718
Abstract: Magnetic-field generating elements or magnetic-field detecting elements are fixed into an insertion part having elasticity, which is inserted into a subject, by an insulating material while ensuring that forms of the respective magnetic-field generating elements or the respective magnetic-field detecting elements are not changed. Even when the insertion part is bent, there is no change in either the function of magnetic-field generation or the function of magnetic-field detection. Magnetic-field detecting elements or magnetic-field generating elements which are arranged at known positions around the subject are combined with each other to calculate three-dimensional positions of the magnetic-field generating elements or the magnetic-field detecting elements within the insertion part. Further, a form of the insertion part is estimated, and a three-dimensional image corresponding to a form of the insertion part is produced.

  • Patent number: 5902284
Abstract: A medical indwelling tube for forming a passage at a predetermined portion where the tube is placed comprising a tube member having at least an inner surface portion of an inner cavity formed of thermal plastic resin, and means for setting surface roughness of the inner surface of the tube member to 0.5 .mu.m or less by an expression of maximum height Ry, thereby preventing deposition of bacteria and matters in body fluids on the inner surface of the tube caused by a bacteria adhering phenomenon.

  • Patent number: 5069226
Abstract: A catheter guide wire is for use in guiding of a catheter to a destination position in vessels in body and comprises a solid core wire of a Ti-Ni shape memory alloy and an outer jacket covering the core wire. In order to provide a plasticity to one end portion of the core wire, at least one end portion is made of a 45.0-51.0 at % Ni-0.5-5.0 at % Fe-Ti shape memory alloy and is heat treated at 400.degree.-500.degree. C. The end portion is provided with a pseudo elasticity at a temperature about 37.degree. and a plasticity at a temperature below 80.degree. C. Alternatively, the end portion may be made of a 50.3-52.0 at % Ni-Ti alloy and is heat treated at a temperature of 700.degree. C. In order to improve operability of the catheter guide wire, the remaining portion other than the end portion is made of provided with a comparatively high rigidity by a usual Ti-Ni shape memory alloy which is not heat treated. Alternatively, the remaining portion is covered with an inorganic layer.
