  • Patent number: 5302500
Abstract: A silver halide color light-sensitive material is disclosed, which-is improved in reproducibility of green color as well as orange color and sky blue color. The light-sensitive material comprises a support and a red-sensitive emulsion layer containing a cyan dye-forming coupler, a green-sensitive emulsion layer containing a magenta dye-forming coupler and a blue-sensitive emulsion layer containing a yellow dye-forming coupler provided on the support. The blue-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer has the maximum spectral sensitivity at a wavelength within the range of 415 nm to 430 nm and a spectral sensitivity of the blue-sensitive emulsion layer at 480 nm is not more than 35% of the maximum spectral sensitivity. The maximum spectral sensitivity and the spectral sensitivity at 480 nm are determined based on a reciprocal of light amount necessary for forming an image density of 0.7 above the minimum density of the blue-sensitive emulsion layer.
