  • Publication number: 20220025959
Abstract: A reduction gear has pins that extend across and contact a first swing body and a second swing body and are swung by the first swing body and the second swing body. A first radial direction groove forming body has radial direction grooves formed in the same number (Za) as the pins to allow the pins to slide in a radial direction. A second radial direction groove forming body has radial direction grooves formed in the same number as the pins to allow the other ends of the pins to slide in the radial direction. A wave shape depressed portion forming body has wave shape depressed portions contacting the pins formed along a circumferential direction (Zb). Then, the difference between Za and Zb is 1.

  • Publication number: 20200011405
Abstract: A ball type speed reducer includes: an eccentric disk cam that turns integrally with an input-side rotating body; a shaking body shaken by the eccentric disk cam; a plurality of balls supported by the shaking body; a fixing member; a first output-side rotating body facing one side face of the fixing member; and a second output-side rotating body facing the other side face of the fixing member. A plurality of radial grooves guide the ball along the radial direction in the fixing member. A corrugated groove spirally guiding the ball along the circumferential direction is formed across the first output-side rotating body and the second output-side rotating body. The groove depth at the top of a wave of the corrugated groove is greater than that at the bottom of the wave, in an alternating manner on the first output-side rotating body side and the second output-side rotating body side.

  • Publication number: 20190353229
Abstract: A ball type speed reducer includes: an eccentric disk cam rotating in synchronization with an input-side rotating body; a shaking body fitted relatively rotatably to an outer circumference side of the eccentric disk cam to be shaken; balls rollably housed in a ball holding portion of the shaking body; and a fixing member having a first side face portion facing one side face of the shaking body. Radial grooves for radially guiding the balls are formed in the first side face portion. An output-side rotating body has a second side face portion facing the other side face of the shaking body. An annular corrugated groove for guiding the balls circumferentially in an undulating manner is formed in the second side face portion. The balls are engaged with the radial grooves and the corrugated groove and are rolled inside the radial grooves and the corrugated groove as the shaking body is shaken.

  • Patent number: 9052010
Abstract: A half of a tooth right-angled cross-sectional shape in a tooth bottom side area of a tooth divided at a tooth bottom center is defined by a first involute portion extending from the tooth bottom center P0 toward a tooth surface, an arcuate portion connected smoothly to the first involute portion, a second involute portion connected smoothly to the arcuate portion, a third involute portion connected smoothly to the second involute portion, and a tooth surface connecting curved portion connecting the third involute portion and the tooth surface smoothly. Radii of curvature of the arcuate portion and the first, second and third involute portions are determined so that a stress variation width in a stress state of a so-called partly reverse state caused by tensile stress and compression stress generated in the tooth bottom side area of the tooth before and after the meshing of the tooth can be uniformized.

  • Publication number: 20090093317
Abstract: A rotary shaft coupling is provided that can accurately transmit rotation of one rotation axis to another rotation axis even when shaft core misalignment is present between the rotation axes, and has superior durability, without generating noise. In a rotary shaft coupling 1 including a pair of joint halves 2a and 2b that are respectively attached to opposing axial end sections 12a and 12b and transmit rotation of one axis 11a to another axis 11b, outer teeth 6a of a gear are provided on one joint half 2a and inner teeth 6b that mesh with the outer teeth 6a and have a same number of teeth as the outer teeth 6a are provided on the other joint half 2b. Each outer tooth 6a and each inner tooth 6b are formed to absorb shaft core misalignment between both axes 11a and 11b and perform rotation transmission by having an involuted tooth profile of a same module and a tooth flank of the involuted tooth profile displaced in a circumferential direction.

  • Patent number: 7088529
Abstract: The present invention provides a composite lens system, a lens unit and an image pickup device, wherein the productivity is enhanced, while maintaining an optical performance, by achieving an axis-aligning adjustment for the composite lens system easily and appropriately. The positioning of adjacent lenses in a direction of optical axes is achieved by bringing optically non-functioning faces of the adjacent lenses into engagement with each other directly or indirectly with another member interposed therebetween. The lenses have adjusting faces which are formed thereon, so that angles formed by the lenses with respect to the optical axes are different from each other, and which are used for an axis-aligning adjustment for the lenses. The axis-aligning adjustment is achieved by an adjusting member disposed to engage both the adjusting faces of the adjacent lenses.
