  • Publication number: 20190363323
Abstract: A battery holding structure includes a battery having a brim, a carrier having a main body accommodating the battery and a flange extending outward from an upper end of the main body, and a clamp for fixing the battery to the carrier. An upper surface of the flange is an inclined surface that extends downward and outward. The clamp includes a first contacting part that comes into contact with the inclined surface, a first standing part standing from the first contacting part, and a fastening part to be fastened to the flange. A normal line of the inclined surface passing through a contact point between the inclined surface and the first contacting part passes inside a point where the fastening part is fixed to the flange so as to be positioned on a battery side.

  • Patent number: 9809187
Abstract: A vehicle bumper structure including: bumper reinforcement inside of a bumper cover provided at a front-rear direction outside end of a vehicle; an absorber disposed adjacent to the vehicle front-rear direction outside of the bumper reinforcement; a pedestrian collision detection sensor including a pressure tube extending between the bumper reinforcement and the absorber, bending toward a vehicle lower side at positions of both vehicle width direction end portions of the bumper reinforcement, including a left and right pair of tube end portions extending along a vehicle up-down direction, and outputting a signal according to a change in pressure in the pressure tube; and a reinforcement member, the reinforcement member being provided to a vehicle front-rear direction inside face of the bumper cover, reinforcing the bumper cover, and being disposed in a position superimposed in the vehicle front-rear direction on the tube end portion in plan view.

  • Patent number: 9718423
Abstract: A vehicle bumper structure including: bumper reinforcement at a rear of a bumper cover; an absorber in front of the bumper reinforcement; and a pedestrian collision detection sensor including a pressure tube between the bumper reinforcement and the absorber, wherein a position of a width direction outer end of the bumper reinforcement is set between a first normal line and a second normal line, where a front-rear reference line passes through a width direction outer end of a front hood or apron upper member and extends along a front-rear direction, the first normal line passes through an intersection point between the front-rear reference line and the bumper cover and extends along the direction of a normal line with respect to the width direction outer end of the bumper reinforcement, and the second normal line is offset by 100 mm to a width direction inner side of the first normal line.
