  • Patent number: 9330806
Abstract: There is provided a semiconductive ceramic sintered compact that has a conductivity high enough to attain static electricity removal and antistatic purposes and, at the same time, has excellent mechanical properties or stability over time. The semiconductive ceramic sintered compact includes at least a main phase and first and second phases contained in the main phase observed as a result of observation of any face of the sintered compact, the main phase being a ceramic sintered phase containing Al2O3 particles, the first phase being a grain boundary phase including a conductive substance-containing conductive phase and Al2O3 particles, the Al2O3 particles being present in an island-sea form in the conductive phase, the second phase being a grain boundary phase containing a conductive phase having the same composition as the conductive phase in the first phase and having a structure that electrically connects the first phases three-dimensionally to each other.

  • Patent number: 8736024
Abstract: There is provided a semiconductive ceramic sintered compact that has a conductivity high enough to attain static electricity removal and antistatic purposes and, at the same time, has excellent mechanical properties or stability over time. The semiconductive ceramic sintered compact includes a main phase and a conductive phase, wherein the main phase is a ceramic sintered phase including Al2O3 particles, the area ratio of the conductive phase to the main phase is 0% (exclusive) to 10% (inclusive), and the conductive phase includes two or more metals selected from Mn (manganese), Fe (iron), and Ti (titanium) and has a composition meeting a relation of Mn/(Ti+Mn+Fe)>0.08 or Mn/Ti>0.15.

  • Patent number: 5649227
Abstract: The system for supporting input or reference of a data value or a structure value which is a component of a PDU (Protocol Data Unit). The abstract syntax of PDU is defined in accordance with ISO8824 (international standard ASN.1 (Abstract Syntax Notation One) specification) and the PDU is encoded/decoded conforming to ASN.1 basic encoding rules in ISO8825. The data value and the structure value are described in the form of substitute statement of the abstract syntax identifier.

  • Patent number: 5418963
Abstract: In a protocol encoding/decoding device for use in syntax translation between an abstract syntax which is a set of data types described by an Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) and a transfer syntax, a structure generating unit (28) automatically generating, on the basis of a predetermined conversion rule, structures corresponding to data structure represented by the abstract syntax stored in the abstract syntax storage (10). The structures are stored in a structure storage (14). An AST generating unit (32) automatically generates an ASN.1 syntax tree (AST) which represents the data structure of the abstract syntax. The AST is stored in an AST storage (18). On encoding, a user program (26) inputs data values in the structure storage (14). On encoding, a VTL generating function (16G) automatically generates a VTL on the basis of the data values stored in the structure storage (14).

  • Patent number: 5418972
Abstract: This protocol data generator-analyzer encodes and decodes protocol data units, which are transfer syntaxes used in data communications, for setting of or reference to the values as components of the protocol data units. First, table generation means generates, from an abstract syntax described according to an international standard specification as input data, a machine-processible table showing the data structure of the abstract syntax. For encoding of a protocol data unit, component data input means inputs the values of protocol data unit components. List generation/reference means generates a list having values corresponding to the data structure of the abstract syntax based on the values input by the component data input means during encoding, and converts the values to those referable using the list during decoding. Protocol data unit encoding/decoding means encodes sending protocol data units by inputting the table and list or decodes received protocol data units based on the table for list generation.
