  • Patent number: 10719003
Abstract: A first holding member holds a first optical system and a first mirror, and has a first junction surface. A second holding member holds a second optical system and a second mirror, and has a second junction surface. A junction portion is configured such that, in a state where the first junction surface and the second junction surface are aligned with each other, the second holding member is capable of being shifted in a direction of both the junction surfaces and rotated around an optical axis, and makes it possible to perform optical axis alignment. An emission-side optical axis of the first optical system and an incidence-side optical axis of the second optical system are aligned with each other, and thus a U-shaped optical path is formed by the first and second optical systems.

  • Patent number: 10642135
Abstract: A projector includes a projection lens, a projector body, and an angle adjustment unit. In the projection lens, a U-shaped optical path is formed of optical axes CL1 to CL3. A lens barrel is a U-shaped barrel. The angle adjustment unit includes a fitting portion, a mounting flange, a fixing unit, a mount ring, and bearings. The projection lens is supported so as to be rotationally movable around the optical axis CL1. The fixing unit includes a mounting hole, a fixing screw, and a screw hole. The mounting hole is formed in the shape of an arc. The fixing screw is screwed with the screw hole through the mounting hole, so that the lens barrel is fixed to a housing.

  • Publication number: 20190219802
Abstract: A projection lens is separated into a first optical system that is disposed so as to be closer to an image forming panel and a second optical system that includes a mirror and is disposed so as to be closer to a screen which is a projection surface by the second mirror. The second optical system is set in a first position and a second position by inverting the second optical system around a second optical axis with respect to the first optical system by 180° by an inverting unit. An orientation of a projected image onto the screen is set in the first position and the second position by inverting the image displayed on the image forming panel according to the first position and the second position. It is possible to achieve projection for positioning a center of the screen above or under the optical axis by switching between the first position and the second position.

  • Patent number: 10234751
Abstract: Within a lens-tube main body, the light-shielding member is fixed to a second lens frame in a second portion opposite to a first portion in which an image forming panel is shifted from an optical axis with the optical axis positioned therebetween. Since the light-shielding member is fixed to the second lens frame in the second portion, heat caused by the unnecessary light is distributed from the first portion to the second portion within the light-shielding member. Accordingly, a local temperature rise is suppressed, and deformation of a lens-tube main body is suppressed. Accordingly, tilt of lenses due to deformation of the lenses does not occur, and deterioration in resolution of the entire image caused by the tilt of the lenses or the occurrence of focus position shift in a diagonal direction due to the occurrence of field curvature is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 9936174
Abstract: In a case where an image forming panel is disposed to be shifted with respect to an optical axis of a projection lens having a lens barrel holding the lens, in the lens barrel, the increase in temperature in a first part on a side to which the image forming panel is shifted is larger than that in a second part on an opposite side. A temperature adjustment section includes a cooling duct, a heating duct, a connecting duct, and blowers 27 and. Air, which is suctioned from an inlet of the cooling duct, is passed through the first part, a light source, and the second part, sequentially by the blowers. The air cools down the first part, and heats the second part. Thereby, the temperature distribution in the circumferential direction of the lens barrel becomes uniform, and deterioration of the projected image is suppressed.
