Abstract: An applicator includes: a barrel body; a holder having a ball house with an ejecting opening at front end for allowing the liquid from the barrel body to flow out; a ball held in the ball house, as being partially exposed to the outside through the ejecting opening; a spherical evading member disposed on the rear side of the ball and having a smaller diameter than that of the ball; a ball seat disposed in the rear part of the ball house, for receiving the rear side of the evading member; a liquid conduit provided in an approximately central part of the ball seat; longitudinal grooves formed on the inside wall of the liquid conduit; and a pressing means disposed through the liquid conduit for urging the evading member forward.

Abstract: A valve unit for liquid applicators for applying liquid to articles, includes a spring support provided with a front and a rear openings, in an inner surface of which front opening is provided an annular projection serving as a sealing means; a valve seat provided with a cylindrical portion, and a seat portion; a valve stem provided with an edged piston portion brought into a slidable close contact with the cylindrical portion of the valve seat, the valve stem being seated on the valve seat at a front surface of the edged piston portion thereof; and a valve spring so resiliently urging the valve stem as to seat valve stem on the valve seat to close said valve unit.

Abstract: In a liquid applicator provided with a fixing member for retaining a liquid-application member having a fixing flange at its rear end, the liquid-application member and the fixing member are assembled to form an assembly which is mounted inside a front shaft of the liquid applicator through a snap-in packing. Since the fixing member is provided with a resilient clipping-plate portion for compensating any variation of the thickness of the fixing flange of the liquid-application member, assembling of the assembly and the front shaft can be easily conducted in the liquid applicator.

Abstract: A liquid applicator composed of a stem cylinder body enclosing a liquid supply vessel, a knocking member at the rear end and a brush part at the top of the outer stem.The liquid supply vessel is composed of a pressure-tight container having a specific quantitative valve and containing a pressurized liquid which contains a raw liquid and an ejecting agent.An adapter is interposed betwen an ejecting nozzle of a valve in the liquid supply vessel and the brush part. The liquid is leaked from the brush part by a knocking on the knocking member.
