    Abstract: There are provided a self-adhesive film for hologram formation, a dry plate for photographing a hologram, and a method for image formation using the same, which, when a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided as an antireflection layer for the prevention of halation at the time of exposure for hologram recording, the effect of preventing halation can be attained even when a hologram-recording light is admitted at a low angle as viewed from the interfacial boundary.
