    Abstract: An aluminum nitride powder containing a very small amount of coarse particles. An aluminum nitride powder which provides a resin composition having high affinity for resins and high moisture resistance. The aluminum nitride powder has a volume average particle diameter D50 of 0.5 to 7.0 ?m in particle size distribution measured with a laser diffraction scattering particle size distribution meter, a D90/D50 ratio of 1.3 to 3.5 and a BET specific surface area of 0.4 to 6.0 m2/g and classified by removing coarse particles whose particle diameter is more than 5 times as large as D90. When resin paste obtained from this aluminum nitride powder and a resin is measured with a grind gauge, the upper limit particle diameter at which a streak is produced is not more than 5 times as large as D90.

At the inner side surface, immersion wetting occurs by the dispersion liquid when the inner side surface comes into contact with the dispersion liquid. The thin film is configured to produce a thermal convection in the dispersion liquid by heating the dispersion liquid. The inner side surface is configured to produce a Marangoni convection at a gas-liquid interface as an interface between the dispersion liquid and gas around the dispersion liquid.

    Abstract: A linear elastic modulus measurement method and a linear elastic modulus measurement device can reduce external disturbances such as oscillation and electrical noise, and accurately and stably measure the linear elastic modulus of a linear elastic body even in the case where damping due to viscous stress is large. The measurement device computes the oscillation velocity (dx/dt) of an oscillator from the displacement of the oscillator brought into contact with the linear elastic body, and multiplies dx/dt by a linear velocity feedback gain to generate a feedback control signal. The measurement device applies, to the oscillator, a force proportional to the oscillation velocity of the oscillator by the feedback control signal, to cause the oscillator to self-oscillate. The measurement device computes the linear elastic modulus of the linear elastic body from the frequency when the self-oscillation of the oscillator is detected and the mass of the oscillator.
