According to an aspect of the invention at least one intermediate member is provided which is arranged such that it is at least linearly moveable between the outermost ends of the pincers. Another aspect of the invention is that the pair of pincers only extend on one side of the axis of rotation. A further aspect of the present invention provides at least one spring which is located between the pair of pincers and which is arranged to bias the pincers either away from each other or towards each other.
