    Abstract: An arm sleeve golf training aid includes two arm sleeves connected by an elastic strap. The two arm sleeves can be respectively fitted over the arms of a user for protection against skin damage from sunlight and prevention of sports injuries. Each arm sleeve has a first fastening member located at the periphery thereof. The elastic strap has a second fastening member located at each of two opposite ends and respectively detachably fastenable to the first fastening members of the arm sleeves to limit the opening between the two arms during a golf swing.
