Abstract: A connection structure applied to a fan for connecting a metal member with a shaft by means of laser. The connection structure includes a metal member and a shaft. The metal member has an opening, a first side and a second side. The opening is formed through a center of the metal member. The shaft is inserted in the opening. An outer circumference of the shaft is welded with a circumference of the opening on the first side to form at least one first welding section between the contact sections of the outer circumference of the shaft and the circumference of the opening on the first side. The first welding section is connected between the outer circumference of the shaft and the circumference of the opening on the first side to integrally connect the metal member with the shaft. The connection structure applied to the fan can lower cost.

Abstract: A rotor magnetic component structure and a fan motor device thereof. The fan motor device includes a stator having a radial magnetic face and a sensor member disposed under the stator. The rotor magnetic component structure includes a main body composed of multiple N poles and multiple S poles, which are alternately arranged. A magnetic force border line is formed between each N pole and each S pole. The magnetic force border line includes a first vertical section corresponding to the radial magnetic face of the stator and an inclined section obliquely extending from a lower end of the first vertical section corresponding to the sensor member. The rotor magnetic component structure is able to reduce the vibration caused in the commutation of the magnetic poles and the sensor member can find the best commutation point.

Abstract: A fan motor set locating structure includes a base seat and a motor set. The base seat has a bearing cup. At least one locating notch is formed on a top section of the bearing cup. A bearing is disposed in the bearing cup. The motor set includes an insulation support. One side of the insulation support is formed with a sleeve. The sleeve is capped on the bearing cup. The sleeve has at least one protrusion section protruding from the sleeve to the bearing cup corresponding to the locating notch. The protrusion section is engaged in the locating notch in abutment with the bearing. Accordingly, the motor set can be quickly fixedly assembled with the bearing cup to fix the bearing. Therefore, the number of the components is decreased and the assembling process is speeded.
