  • Patent number: 11948949
Abstract: In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates to a device having a semiconductor substrate including a frontside and a backside. On the frontside of the semiconductor substrate are a first source/drain region and a second source/drain region. A gate electrode is arranged on the frontside of the semiconductor substrate and includes a horizontal portion, a first vertical portion, and a second vertical portion. The horizontal portion is arranged over the frontside of the semiconductor substrate and between the first and second source/drain regions. The first vertical portion extends from the frontside towards the backside of the semiconductor substrate and contacts the horizontal portion of the gate electrode structure. The second vertical portion extends from the frontside towards the backside of the semiconductor substrate, contacts the horizontal portion of the gate electrode structure, and is separated from the first vertical portion by a channel region of the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20030068162
Abstract: An updating system has a primary module and a secondary module. The primary module is an MEPG device with a random access memory, and the secondary module is a loader device with a flash memory. The primary module is connected to the secondary module via an IDE bus. The random access memory is used for operations of the primary module, which include updating the software stored in the flash memory. The software stored in the flash memory provides functionality for the secondary module, which includes reading data from a disk and transmitting it to the primary module. The primary module decodes and outputs the data as digital data. A disk with updating software can be placed into the secondary module. The secondary module loads updating software and transmits it to the primary module. The primary module then sends an updating instruction to the secondary module to update the software in the flash memory of the secondary module.

  • Patent number: 6171057
Abstract: A table electric fan comprising a stand, a protective net, a blade set fixed on a spindle of a motor, a speed reducer connected to the motor, a plate pivotally connected to the shaft of the speed reducer and further pivotally connected to a bottom base of a position frame having two pairs of vertical posts standing on the bottom base. The upper ends of all the posts are fixed with the protective net. A ring is pivotally connected with one pair of the vertical opposite posts and further pivotally connected with the motor at two opposite points. Then the blade set may sway for 360° within the protective net by means of pivotal connection of the motor with the ring and pivotal connection of the position frame with the ring.
