  • Publication number: 20110109286
Abstract: This invention relates to a power switching circuit, and, the switching circuit has very wide bandwidth, better capability to deal with bigger power and better capability to increase chances to impedance-match with loading. The invention has also revealed a backward current decoupler which can be used to drive a loading so that a better capability to impedance-match with loading can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20110101473
Abstract: This invention relates to a junction device, especially a p-n junction device. This invention also relates to a backward current decoupler which is also a good sensor. An induced backward current by forward current input can be decoupled by the backward current decoupler. The new p-n junction device has built-in damper and better capacitive property so that less power is consumed. The new sensor can be interactable with thermal, magnetic, optical, force or electrical fields.

  • Publication number: 20100200892
Abstract: This invention relates to a tunnel device which can generate tunneling effect with multi-band waveforms. The tunnel device can also be interacted with the field which includes thermal field, optical field, electric field, magnetic field, pressure field, acoustic field, or any combination of them. This tunnel device can be a power conversion device for driving high speed loading such as p-n junction device.

  • Publication number: 20100148213
Abstract: The present invention has provided a new diode and transistor by employing the characteristic of the tunnel diode. The new diode and transistor are field interacted and can be a solarcell, light sensor, thermal device, Hall device, pressure device or acoustic device which outputs self-excited multi-band waveforms with broad bandwidth. The present invention has also revealed a precisional switch which can works at high speeds and a capacitor whose capacitance can be actively controlled.

  • Publication number: 20100001697
Abstract: A mechanical flow battery comprises a flywheel system in which a spinning axis can be driven by an air-powered motor and the structure of the gyroscope is employed in the mechanical flow battery. The structure of the gyroscope can be constructed by coupling the housing of the flywheel system with a nutation frame which couples a precession frame so that the spinning axis in the flywheel can be isolated from any outside gyroscopic torque.

  • Publication number: 20090303643
Abstract: The present invention relates to a solution to the unpredictable, inrush voltage or current surge such as static electricity and eddy current phenomenon. The solution provides a circuit which can guide an unpredictable voltage or current surge into the circuit and let them dissipate in the circuit. The present invention also relates to a solution to a DC power source surge. The solution provides a protection circuit to divide an input power surge into DC and AC in which AC will be dissipated in the protection circuit and the safe DC is sent to the output. The present invention further relates to an energy discharge capacitor which can quickly dissipate the charge and the capacitor can be applied to our inventive circuits.

  • Publication number: 20090296290
Abstract: The present invention relates to Lenz effect in a circuit. When a close loop is suddenly opened or closed, the Lenz voltage will be generated at inductor in the loop. The Lenz current generated by the Lenz voltage flows oppositely to the normal current and it usually comes with very high and broadband frequency. The design of a Lenz route parallel to an inductor in a circuit can dissipate the Lenz power to stabilize the circuit. The design of a Lenz route can also be applied to a switch to protect the switch against the Lenz effect.
