More specifically, disclosed herein is an apparatus for editing graphic objects which searches for objects by using a variety of attributes that each of the objects has and displays the found objects and a list of the found objects. The apparatus includes: a display unit configured to display a graphic area and a list area; an input unit configured to receive filter attributes associated with objects from a user; a search unit configured to search one or more objects for an object having object attributes matching the filter attributes; and a control unit configured to control the display unit so that the objects found by the search unit are displayed in the graphic area and a list of the objects found by the search unit is displayed in the list area.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an apparatus for editing objects that applies some of object attributes of one or more objects to a target object as selected attributes. The apparatus for editing object attributes of an HMI object in a power system includes: a display unit configured to display one or more objects; an input unit configured to receive a selected object among one or more objects and receive from a user a selected attribute to be copied among object attributes of the selected object and a target object to which the selected attribute is to be applied; and a control unit configured to control the display unit so that the selected attribute is applied to the target object and the target object with the selected attribute applied thereto is displayed.

Abstract: A monitoring apparatus in an electric power system includes a communication unit for performing communication with a data server included in the electric power system to receive real-time data, a user input unit for receiving user input for creating a monitoring screen with the real-time data by using a tabular function, and a display unit for displaying the monitoring screen. The apparatus further includes a control unit for creating the monitoring screen in response to the user input to display it in the display unit, to decide at least one or more tasks taking time more than a given time in processing them among a plurality of tasks for performing the tabular function, and to process the at least one or more task and the other remaining tasks than the at least one or more task among the plurality of tasks simultaneously in parallel.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments relate to a synchronizing method of a client device in an energy management system. In some embodiments, the method includes: deciding a synchronization object server for downloading synchronization data; downloading the synchronization data from the decided synchronization object server; determining whether or not the status of operation of the client device is synchronizable, based on the downloaded synchronization data; and performing a synchronization operation for the downloaded synchronization data based on a result of the determination.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for displaying a monitoring viewer in an HMI system. The method includes, upon receiving a request to display a monitoring viewer from a user, acquiring screen data to be displayed in the monitoring viewer; displaying a control area of the monitoring viewer on a display; displaying a view area of the monitoring viewer on the display; and displaying a monitoring screen in the view area by using the screen data. The view area includes one or more taps. Monitoring performance and efficiency of the HMI system can be increased.

A method of providing monitoring screen composition functions for controls of a system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes receiving a type of a monitoring screen which a user intends to generate; receiving characteristics of the monitoring screen from the user; obtaining initial generation information corresponding to the type and the characteristics received from the user; and outputting an initial monitoring screen on a display unit based on the initial generation information. The present disclosure may advantageously facilitate more quickly and easily composing a monitoring screen for controls of systems such as a SCADA, a DCS, an EMS and a MG.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a human machine interface (HMI) system easily applicable to each of a plurality of control management systems. An HMI system according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a module generation unit configured to generate an interface module of a control management system selected by an input of a user based on a source code data corresponding to at least one system component, source code data corresponding to each of one or more engineering components, and profile data corresponding to each of a plurality of control management systems. As a result, the HMI system may provide a plurality of interface modules applied to the plurality of control management systems, and thus there is an advantage in which compatibility may be improved.

Abstract: A supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system includes: a database configured to store data on the SCADA system; a client; and a server configured to transmit the data stored in the database to the client in response to a request of the client. The client is configured to display a supervisory screen for monitoring the SCADA system on the basis of the transmitted data. When data on an object is added as a graphic editor for editing the supervisory screen is executed, the server or client updates the database on the basis of the data on the object, and reflects, to the supervisory screen, creation of the object, input through the graphic editor.
