    Abstract: The present invention relates to an attenuated reovirus-based vaccine composition and a use thereof, the attenuated reovirus, according to the present invention, having the 251st to 455th amino acids of a sigma-1 protein of a capsid truncated such that when an epitope of an antigenic protein inducing cancer or infectious disease is introduced to the truncated site of the sigma-1 protein, the epitope of the antigenic protein is stably expressed in a cell, and thus the effect is gained of exhibiting an immune response such as producing a neutralizing antibody or inducing cell-mediated immunity. As such, the present invention is expected to be usefully employable as a vaccine composition for cancer or infectious disease by introducing the epitope of the antigenic protein to the truncated site of the sigma-1 protein of the attenuated reovirus according to the present invention.

The system includes a wired and wireless Internet network; at least one home server for controlling and managing a home network connected to a plurality of home appliances; and a central portal server for updating an IP (Internet Protocol) address to a varied IP address to manage the home server whenever an IP address allocated to the home server for using the Internet network varies, and for exchanging data with the home server. The system and method enable the central portal server to manage a plurality of home servers and remotely control a plurality of home appliances connected to the home network by allowing the home server to transmit a key message containing a varied IP address so that an existing IP address stored in a database of the central portal server can be updated to a new IP address when a home server using a dynamic IP is connected to the central portal server.

The home network system is constructed so that a plurality of home appliances can transmit and receive data to/from one another. The home appliances are assigned logical addresses, respectively. A plurality of power line modems are connected respectively to the home appliances to modulate and demodulate data transmitted and received over an internal network by the home appliances. A network master is provided to assign the logical addresses to the home appliances and a home address to each of the power line modems, respectively. Therefore, the home network system can be efficiently constructed, and a desired home appliance can be simply deleted from the internal network.
